How to Enable Scripting
To enable jscript, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu on your browser.
  2. Click on the “Security” tab.
  3. Set the security to Medium on “Trusted Sites” and click “Apply”.

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu on your browser.
  2. Click on the “Security” tab.
  3. Highlight the “Internet” icon and click “Custom Level…”
  4. Select “Enable” on all 3 radio buttons under “Scripting”.

How to Enable Scripting in Windows Media Player 10

  1. In the “Options” window from the previous section, click on the “Security” tab.
  2. Click on “Custom Level”.
  3. Scroll down and choose “Enable” for the scripting settings.
  4. Click “OK” to save settings.
  5. Click “OK” on Internet Properties window.
  6. Click “OK” on Options window.

How to Enable Cookies
To enable cookies, follow these steps:

Internet Explorer 5

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu on your browser.
  2. Click on the “Security” tab.
  3. Highlight the “Internet” icon and click “Custom Level…”
  4. Select “Enable” on all radio buttons under “Cookies”.
  5. Click “OK”.

  1. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu on your browser.
  2. Click on the “Privacy” tab and press “Advanced…”
  3. Check “Override automatic cookie handling”.
  4. Accept both cookie options and check “Always allow session cookies”.
  5. Click “OK”.

How to Enable Cookies in Windows Media Player 10
To enable cookies, follow these steps:

  1. Select “Options” from the “Tools” menu on Windows Media Player 10.
  2. Click on the “Privacy” tab.
  3. Click on the “Cookies” button and click “OK”.
  4. Adjust privacy setting (we recommend “Medium”).
  5. Click “OK”.

To enable ActiveX, follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer browser and select the “Tools” menu.
  2. Select “Internet Options”.
  3. Click on the “Security” tab.
  4. Move Security Level slider to “Medium”.
  5. Click the “Custom Level” button.
  6. Change the Settings to the following:
    • Select “Prompt” on Download Signed ActiveX controls.
    • Select “Disable” on Download Unsigned ActiveX controls.
    • Select “Disable” on Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe.
    • Select “Enable” on Run ActiveX controls.
    • Select “Enable” on Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting.
Users running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) should ensure that the following are selected: Select “Enable” on Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting.
